What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A complimentary hot breakfast is served daily in the breakfast area off the lobby — a full spread with a waffle station, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and coffee.
Is parking free?
Yes. We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests.
Do you have a pool?
Yes. We have an outdoor pool with a palm-shaded sun deck, open seasonally, for the hours between everything else on your itinerary.
Are the rooms really all suites?
Yes. Every room is a suite with a separate living area split off by a partial room divider — most with a sofa bed — plus a work desk, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a 50-inch TV. There's noticeably more room to spread out than a standard hotel room.
Are pets allowed?
This is a non-pet property, so we're unable to accommodate pets. Trained service animals are always welcome, free of charge, in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in every suite and throughout the property.
How close are you to St. Johns Town Center and Butler Boulevard?
We're just off I-95 near Butler Boulevard (J. Turner Butler / SR-202), about 10 minutes from St. Johns Town Center's shopping and dining. Butler Blvd is also the fastest straight shot east to Jacksonville's beaches.
How far is downtown Jacksonville, the airport, and the beaches?
Downtown Jacksonville is about 8 miles (15 minutes) north via I-95. Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is roughly 20 miles north, and the Atlantic beaches — Jacksonville Beach and Ponte Vedra — are about 20 to 25 minutes east on Butler Blvd.
What suite types do you offer?
King Suites (sleeps up to 3, king bed plus a sofa bed), Two Queen Rooms (sleeps up to 4), Two Double Suites (sleeps up to 5, two double beds plus a sofa bed), and a signature King Corner Suite with a wet bar and dedicated work area (sleeps up to 3). Accessible king suites are also available — just ask.
